To start with, remember that each and everything you eat has its consequences. This happens in the negative especially when one does not use up the energy that they consume. We are what we eat therefore we need be the masters of our appetites.

Health is directly proportinal to food consumption. If one eats everything and anything, the body has no choice but to take it all in.It is a fact that we eat with our eyes..so when it comes to healthy eating, one can only consume that which isappetising and appealing to the eye. Therefore more food presentation methods must be devised.
